Trout Fishing Lures and Secrets
Today, I would like to talk a little bit about trout fishing lures. The recreational past time of trout fishing is by far the simplest fish to catch out there. Why? A trout is not the smartest of fish out there. The really don't do a whole lot. They site in their deep pool and short runs waiting on a fly or nymph to float by. Actually, one of the only things that you can do to mess up your chances at catching a trout is to scare them away by stepping right on top of them. So if you want to catch trout, don't do this! If you really want to catch some fish, and a lot of them, then be sure to listen to what I have to say. I have been trout fishing for about fifteen years now and have tested my skills all over this continent and have had success. Now I will tell you that what I about to talk about pertains mostly to trout fishing lures, not flys. I will also tell you that fly fishing is a much more efficient form of fishing if you are good at. Why you might ask? Because a trout's main source of food is a fly or a nymph. These are small insects that either float on top of the water or down below. They feed on these types of food a lot more than they do on minnows and such. The only catch is that fly fishing is a much more involve sport and requires a lot more skills. So for that very reason, I will be talking about fishing with trout lures in this post. Don't worry, you can catch a ton of fish with the lures that I am about to talk about.
First of all, I would like to tell you how I do things when it comes to catching trout. I will be honest, in Georgia; the most trout that I have ever caught on a single fishing trip was about seventy trout. I have taught others my techniques and they are having a lot of success too. The hysterical part of my success is that it is not that involved. I use one lure, I know where the fish are, and I usually get into the river with a pair of waders and a float tube. That's it people, there is no special technique and no magical formula. I wont leave out to dry like that, but it is that simple. The best way to become a better trout fisherman or fisherwoman is to simply get out there and try different things. You will eventually develop your own technique and style and catch more trout. I will tell you that I use ultra light tackle to catch trout. This is six pound line, sometimes four, and a light rod and reel. The lighter the trout fishing tackle the better. This will give better feel and control over your bait. The reason that you want to do this is because the more feel you have, the more lifelike the lure will be. The best trout fishing lure out there, in my opinion is the little cleo. This is simply a small spoon folks and it works great. So get out there and try it out and I think that you will start having some success. Good luck trout fishing! I wish you the best of luck.

Questions & Answers about Fishing Lures Reels
Buying bait and lures for a fishing trip this Saturday. Please help.?
I've always loved fishing but never gone that much and the last time I went I was 9 so I had a Hulk fishing pole. I bought a new pole called an Ugly Stik and its an open top reel I think its called and I've been practicing with it all day and I think I've got it down.
I'm buying bait and lures today and I need help knowing what kind of stuff to get.
I'm going lake fishing. I think its called fresh water fishing, not too sure on that. And I really want to get fishing and catch my first fish! So the only fish in the lake are Trout, Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, and Channel Catfish. They say all of these fish bite throughout the year if that helps.
Best answer from a fisherman himself gets the 10 points.
The lake is named Silverwood Lake and is located in California. I believe its located in Hesperia about 2 hours away from Los Angeles.
Fishing cannot be deducted from a mans life. Words of wisdom, "You give a man a fish and feed him for a day and teach him how to fish you feed him for a life time".
Fishing by Aldo Rosado
The most precious times spent fishing can be more than a fishing trip. You can think clearly, run your expectations, discipline yourself, learn patience and perseverance. You are going to do more than fishing, your going to catch the prize that waits to be put on a wall. I think the best start would be casting crank baits and this reason is very simple. It will keep you busy fishing instead of sitting on a log or chair and waiting for the fish to come to you, you instead go to it.
Go to your Walmart or nearest bait store and buy a Rattle Trap 3/8 oz. Use a Trylene knot when you tie your line so you won't lose a fish if you catch the big one. Watch this video>http://www.animatedknots.com/trilene/index.php?LogoImage=LogoGrog.jpg&Website=www.animatedknots.com
Now that you have learned to tie a good knot your ready. When you buy the Rattle Traps, pick a Chrome Trap in color and also a Gold Trap if they have it and if not get a Purple one in color Stay away from white, red, yellow...these traps are better during certain conditions that I won't get into right now. I'm just trying to get you set up for the fast action fun fishing time in your life.
There are all sorts of lures to get, but the Rattle trap is your best choice since your starting out and want some action right away and you will get action.
Cast that Rattle Trap out and reel it in slow and keep your rod tip at between 10:00 position and 12:00 o'clock position when reeling it in. Drop your pole down to the 9:00 position when reeling and pull it up fast to the 12:00 position occasionally TYhis will sound off that trap and attract fish. You can do this every so often and then go back to normal reeling in slow.
When you feel that Bass hit it will feel like something is pulling on it. When this happens most of the time the Bass is already hooked and is not going anywhere..
Sometimes they get off and sometimes they don't. NO matter how hard you set that hook, it will do no good simply because hot temperatures right now have Bass biting then swallowing. The have a large mouth with bone and it's hard to p[penetrate sometimes and so the trouble hook on the trap must find the mark and that depends on what angle the Bass strikes from.
Happy fishing and go catch your first Bass.
Has anyone used/brought this fishing product?
Ok now i dont usually think about buying stuff off tv shoping channels but ive saw this product ages ago and i thought it was a good idea.
its a small telescopic rod with a built in reel used for lure fishing.
Over here in england it would be great because its so small i could just get on my bike and head down to the river for a spot of pike fishing.
anyway the site doesnt give a very good decription at all of how much line it holds or even how you feed the line on.
so if you own this product or have used one it would be great to hear your views, if its good bad ect
many thanks,
